Red Tail Bar marks Zouk’s foray into the food world and is a bar-restaurant unlike any of its other ventures. Its goal is to host the drama before the partying and provide good food and desserts for partygoers before the partying starts. Crowd favourites include the Yun Cheong Pizza where the star of the dish is the Chinese Liver Sausage which one would not have imagined going so well onto a pizza. Other favourites include the Fried Chicken Skin which is tossed in housemade salted egg yolk sauce and Zouk’s signature Sausage Mash. The latter is reminiscent of the bangers and mash stand outside of Zouk but this rendition uses real mash and a better sausage.

Happy hour deals happen daily up till 10 pm. Get house pours and 1/2 pint of Carlsberg at $8 nett, selected wines, premium pours and 1/2 pint of Kronenbourg at $10 nett
