The first on our list of the top five boozy desserts is obviously the classic tiramisu. The tiramisu is a favourite with the not-so-young and the old alike with its coffee flavours combined with mascarpone cheese. The liqueurs use in tiramisu can be switched up between Kahlua, amaretto and other coffee liqueurs so experiment and see which you like best!

Rum & Raisin Fruitcake

There are two camps of people when it comes to fruitcakes – you either hate it intensely or you love it a lot. Simply soak the raisins for your fruitcake in rum a few days before you plan to bake your fruitcake so that the flavours of the rum will be able to infuse in. You could even use a mixture of dried fruits for more flavours.

Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake
